Genpact

Down on the ground floor of Pp 99 in Pitampura, you’ll find our office. Genpact has been here in Delhi 34 for quite a while now. Being on the ground floor is great because we don’t have to wait for any elevators, and we can just walk right in and get to work without any hassle. Pitampura is a lively neighborhood, and there is always plenty of energy around us. Our office is a bit small, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. It’s a functional space where we handle our daily business without a lot of distractions. We don’t go in for any of that corporate polish you see in the bigger districts. Here, it’s just about getting the job done. We have a few desks, some chairs, and our computers, and that’s about it. The people who work here are local folks who know the area well. We often go out for tea at the stalls nearby when we need a quick break. It feels very grounded and real. We don’t have a big marketing team telling us what to say to people. We just tell them we’re at Pp 99 if they need to drop something off or find us. It’s a simple way of doing things. We show up, we do our bits, and we go home. It’s been our routine for years now, and it seems to work out okay.
