Our Genpact office is tucked away at 54 Gyan Khand Ii in Indirapuram. If you know Ghaziabad, you know that this area can get pretty crowded, but Gyan Khand stays relatively okay compared to the main roads. We’ve been at this address for a bit and it serves us well. It’s a simple building, number 54, nothing that really stands out from the street, which is fine by us. We aren't trying to be flashy or draw a lot of attention. We just need a place to sit down, open the laptops, and get through the lists for the day. Living and working in Indirapuram has its own pace. There are plenty of shops nearby if we need to grab a quick snack or some tea. The layout of the streets here can be a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with the blocks, but once you find Gyan Khand II, we aren't hard to locate. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have a big reception desk or people in suits standing at the door. It’s just us inside, making sure the daily operations are running like they should. It feels honest to work in a neighborhood like this. We appreciate the lack of pretense. It’s just a regular office in a regular part of town, and that's how we like to keep things. Nothing fancy, just the way we like it.
