Genpact India

Genpact India is located at House Number 3048 in Sector 27D, Chandigarh. If you’ve been to Chandigarh, you know how the sectors are laid out. It’s a very organized city, and our sector is no different. We work out of a regular house here. It doesn't look like a big company from the outside, which is how we like it. Inside, it’s all business, but in a very relaxed way. We have our rooms set up for different tasks. There’s a lot of greenery around here, which makes the walk to work quite pleasant. We aren't interested in making big claims about being the best or anything like that. We just show up and do what is expected of us. Sometimes the internet acts up or we run out of coffee, but we manage. The people working here have been around for a while, so we all know how things run. It’s a steady environment. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices you see in magazines. We have walls and doors and a little backyard area where we sometimes sit for a bit. Sector 27D is a good place to be because it’s quiet enough to concentrate but close enough to the main markets if we need anything. It’s just a simple, functional space for us to do our daily work.
