Genpact India

We are over in Mayur Vihar Phase I, specifically in Pocket IV, building 22 G. If you know Delhi, you know Mayur Vihar is a place where a lot of people live and work together. It’s a residential vibe, and we are tucked away in one of the blocks. Genpact India is the name on the door, but inside, it’s just us sitting at our stations. The 91 pincode area is quite nice because it’s got parks and shops everywhere. Our workspace is pretty simple. We didn't want anything too grand. We just needed a spot with good light and enough room for our equipment. Most days are quiet, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We don’t really follow a strict corporate manual here. We just know what our jobs are and we do them. Some people might find the pocket layout confusing at first, but once you’ve been here a few times, it’s easy. We aren't here to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. We’re just here to handle the daily operations and keep everything on track. It’s a comfortable place to be, and we’ve made it our own over the months. No big speeches, just a bunch of us working in Mayur Vihar. It’s a decent spot for a business like ours.
