Genpact Hyderabad

You can find us over at Flat No 101 Janapriya Soudha in Mathalaxminagar, which is part of the Saroornagar area in Hyderabad. This Genpact Hyderabad branch is located in an apartment building, which makes it feel a lot less like a cold corporate office and more like a regular workspace. Since we are in 500 060, we are surrounded by families and local shops. It is actually quite nice to see the neighborhood waking up while we start our shift. The office itself is basically a large apartment that we have turned into a working space. We have got our computers set up in the main rooms, and the kitchen area is where we all gather to heat up our tiffins. It can get a bit crowded when we have meetings, but we just pull up extra chairs and make do. The walls are a bit plain, and the wiring is visible in some spots, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time dealing with client requests and making sure all the data entry is correct. It is steady work, and we all know each other well because the space is quite small. There is no dress code really, just people wearing what is comfortable for the weather. After we finish, we walk out into the busy Saroornagar streets to find some snacks before the commute.
