Genpact Gurgaon

Our office for Genpact Gurgaon is tucked away in 57 Kadambari Appartment in Sector 09 Rohini. It is a busy part of Delhi, and getting here in the morning is always a bit of a challenge with the traffic and all. Most of us here just focus on getting the daily tasks done without much fuss. The building itself is pretty standard for the area, nothing too flashy, which actually suits us just fine. We have our desks set up and we spend the day working through files and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when everyone is busy at once, but that is just how it goes in a city like this. Around lunchtime, some of us head out to the local spots nearby to grab a quick bite, or we just eat at our desks if there is a lot to do. It feels like a small community here even though the company is big. We know the guards and the people in the other apartments nearby. It is a practical setup for us. We handle a lot of data and manage different processes throughout the week. Sometimes the power flickers or the air conditioning needs a bit of a kick, but we make it work. It is just a normal place where people come to do their jobs and then head home to their families in the evening.
