Genpact Gurgaon

We are over at 94 A in the DDA Flats of Rajouri Garden. This is our base for the Genpact Gurgaon operations, even though we are physically located in New Delhi 110 027. Using a residential flat in a DDA complex is pretty common around here. It keeps things simple and keeps us close to where people actually live. Rajouri Garden is a very active part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the markets and the traffic nearby. Inside the flat, we have turned the rooms into a functioning office space. It has that classic Delhi feel with the specific style of flooring and the layout of the rooms. We do a lot of coordination work for the Gurgaon branch from this landline-connected spot. It’s not a place where we host big meetings or anything. It is more of a hub for the staff to sit down and get their tasks done without too many distractions. We have our printers, our files, and a small area to eat lunch. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to be respectful of the common areas. It is a very down-to-earth way to run a business. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy sign. We just rely on the fact that the work gets done correctly every day from this little flat in Rajouri.
