We’re based out of Street Number 7 in Ambedkar Colony, which is part of the Dasna area in Ghaziabad. The office is actually under the name of Pawan Kumar, son of Shri Khyali Ram. It’s a very local operation. We aren’t in one of those high-rise buildings you see in the newer parts of town. Instead, we’re right here in the middle of the colony near Postadhyatmik Nagar. It’s a lived-in neighborhood with a lot of character. Working at Genius Consultant means we see a lot of people from the nearby streets every day. We don’t use any marketing tricks or try to sell ourselves too hard. People mostly find us through word of mouth because we’ve been here long enough for everyone to know what we do. The office itself is simple, with just the basic furniture and tools we need to stay busy. It can get a bit noisy when there’s a lot going on in the street, but we don't mind it much. It makes the day go by faster. We focus on getting through the tasks on our desks and making sure we don't make mistakes with the details. It’s a lot of manual work and checking over things. We value being practical and just getting the job done. If you ever find yourself in Ambedkar Colony, you’ll see our small sign.
