Gene Hire

So, Gene Hire is located over in the School Block area of Shakarpur in New Delhi. The specific address is S 299C. If you know the School Block, you know it can get pretty hectic with all the people and the traffic moving through. We are right in the middle of it. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, but inside we are always working on hiring and placements. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking through resumes. Being in Shakarpur means we are close to a lot of things, which is handy. Sometimes the noise from the street gets in, but we are used to it by now. We started this because we knew the area and wanted to work here. New Delhi is a fast place, but we try to keep our corner of it a bit more organized. The S 299C building has its quirks, like the narrow stairs and the way the light hits the office in the morning. We don’t use any fancy systems, just the basic stuff that works for us. It’s a small group of people here. We eat lunch together and talk about the day's tasks. There’s no big corporate vibe here at all. We just want to get people the help they need with their hiring stuff. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy and the day goes by fast.
