Ge Capital

Our space is over in Sector 9 of Dwarka, inside the DDA Flats at Pocket 1. It is technically listed as being with Mr. P.K. Kamra at house 173. Being in a residential area like this makes the workday feel a bit different than if we were in a massive glass building downtown. We see the neighbors going about their business and the local kids playing outside while we are at our desks doing Ge Capital tasks. It is a pretty quiet spot for the most part, though you get the usual sounds of a Delhi housing colony. The stairs in these flats can be a bit steep, so we get a little exercise every morning. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything fancy. It is just a regular flat where we’ve set up our computers and files to get things done. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat together in the small kitchen area. It is a very grounded way to work. Getting here isn't too bad if you use the metro, although the walk from the station can be hot in the summer months. We like the fact that it feels like a real home rather than a cold office. There are plants on the balcony and the windows let in a decent amount of light. It is just how we do things here in Dwarka, staying productive without all the unnecessary bells and whistles. It is simple and it works for what we need.
