Gcs Consultant Pvt Ltd is based in Vijay Nagar, specifically in the L Block of Sec 9. Ghaziabad is a busy place and our sector is no different. The building we are in is quite ordinary. You wouldn't think much of it from the outside. Inside, it’s a beehive of activity. We have a lot of desks squeezed into the space. There’s always a pile of paperwork somewhere that needs attention. We don't have a lot of room for fancy stuff, so it’s all very functional. The walls are decorated with some old photos and maybe a calendar or two. We have a small area where we eat lunch and chat. The noise from the local market and the traffic outside is always there in the background. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We don't use much corporate talk here. We just say what needs to be said and get back to work. The staff is local and we all know the best spots to get a quick meal nearby. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in suits. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but we manage. It’s a solid, down-to-earth office in a hardworking part of the city. We enjoy the pace and the fact that we’ve been at 135 L Block for quite some time.
