Gagan Carpets

If you’re looking for Gagan Carpets, we are over in Tilak Nagar at Office No 151 in the A Block. It’s a bit tucked away, so you might have to ask around if it's your first time visiting. We’ve got rolls of carpet everywhere in here. It smells like wool and synthetic fibers most of the time. We aren’t a massive showroom with bright lights and pushy salesmen. It’s just us showing people what we have in stock. Some of the patterns are old, some are new, it just depends on what we could get our hands on. We spend a lot of time measuring floors and trying to figure out the best way to cut the pieces so there isn't too much waste. It’s a lot of manual work, moving the heavy rolls around. My back usually aches by the end of the day. People from the neighborhood usually come in when they’re renovating their front rooms. We don’t do big fancy ads, we just talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s a bit dusty in the office because of all the fabric, but we don’t mind. We’ve been in Tilak Nagar for years and know most of the people around here. It’s a steady business, nothing too wild. Just selling carpets and helping people make their floors look a bit better. Sometimes we even help with the fitting if we have enough time between other jobs.
