Our office is situated at Shahnawaz Khan’s place, H No J 3 13 on the first floor in Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar. It’s right in the heart of a very crowded and lively part of Delhi. Being in Khirki Extension means there’s always something happening outside the window, from street vendors to people rushing about. We work for Future Generali India Lic Ltd from this first-floor space. It’s a small, functional area where we manage life insurance files. The stairs are a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s a standard working environment with desks and computers. We spend our days on the phone, talking to clients, and sorting through piles of paperwork. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters, just a local office where we get things done. We don't believe in using fancy words to describe what we do. We just handle insurance policies. Sometimes the neighborhood gets noisy, but we’re used to it. We help people who walk in with their insurance questions. It’s a very hands-on job. We don't have a big staff, so everyone does a bit of everything here. From answering calls to filing documents, we keep ourselves busy. It’s a practical setup for the Malviya Nagar area. We know the people around here and they know where to find us if they need help with their life insurance. We try to keep things simple and avoid all that corporate talk.
