Frost Sullivan Chennai is actually located up here in New Delhi, specifically in Mayur Vihar Phase III at Himanshu Raj 98 A A 1. It’s a busy residential area, and finding a parking spot for a scooter or car can be a bit of a nightmare some days. The building is part of a block where everyone seems to know everyone else. We have our workspace set up inside, and it’s pretty straightforward. No fancy lobby or glass elevators in this part of town. We walk up the stairs and get right to work. The rooms are a bit small, but we have enough space for our computers and all the files we keep. It’s a very Delhi vibe with the noise from the street and the vendors calling out. We like being in Phase III because it’s got everything we need close by. There’s always a place to grab a quick bite or get some photocopies done. The air can be a bit dusty, and the summers are really something else, but we have our old AC units running to keep us going. We’re just a small group of people doing our jobs in a regular neighborhood. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to polish how we look to the world. What you see is what you get. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of our daily deadlines. It works for us.
