Freshers

Freshers has a bit of a mixed history because we are split between two places. Right now, we are working out of J 283, Beta 2 in Greater Noida, UP. But our roots and permanent address are back in Bihar, at Janta Bajar, Panditpur in Chapra. It is a bit of a journey between the two, but we make it work. The Noida office is where the daily grind happens. It is a standard setup in a residential block. We chose Beta 2 because it is a bit more organized than other parts. Back in Chapra, things are much slower and more traditional, which is where we started. We bring that simple, hard-working attitude from Bihar to our work here in Noida. There is no fancy corporate culture here. We just sit down, open up the shop, and do what needs to be done. Our space in Noida is not very big, just enough for the equipment and a few chairs. We often talk about home while we work. It is just a small group of us trying to build something that lasts. We do not use big words or have complicated rules. If there is work, we do it. If there is a problem, we fix it ourselves. It is an honest way to live. We have been at this for a while and do not plan on changing how we do things anytime soon. It is just us.
