We operate out of Block I, House Number 97 in Laxmi Nagar Extension. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze around here sometimes because the streets get busy. We handle freight and shipping details from this spot. It isn't a big corporate tower or anything like that. It is just our place where we keep the records and make the calls. Moving goods across the country involves a lot of back and forth. We spend our mornings checking where trucks are and our afternoons filling out forms. The office is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of printed papers stacked up. People come by to drop off documents or ask about their shipments. Laxmi Nagar is a lively neighborhood so there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve been working from this house for some time now. It’s easier for us to be here than in some big industrial park. We know the people around the block. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard for visitors to park, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have a fancy lobby. You just walk in and we’re there working. We try to keep things organized but with freight, things change every hour. It’s a lot of talking to drivers and making sure the cargo reaches where it needs to go. We just stay busy and keep at it without needing any big fancy signs or a lot of attention.
