Freelancer

I’m located at 156 Goodwill Apartment in Sector 13, Rohini. This part of Delhi has a very different feel than the south or central areas. It’s more laid back and residential, which I like. My work as a freelancer happens right here in my apartment. I’ve got a desk shoved into the corner of the main room where I spend most of my waking hours. It’s not a professional studio or anything like that, just a functional space where I can focus. I started this because I wanted more freedom with my time. Now, instead of a commute, I just have a five-second walk from my bed to my chair. The Goodwill Apartments are pretty quiet for the most part, except when someone is doing renovations nearby. I spend my days responding to messages, working on files, and trying to stay organized. It’s easy to lose track of time when you’re working alone, so I try to step out onto the balcony every now and then for some fresh air. I don’t have any employees, so I handle everything myself, from the actual work to the billing and taxes. It’s a lot to keep up with, but I prefer it this way. I’ve been here for a while now and the neighbors know me as the person who is always home but always busy. It’s a simple, honest setup that allows me to live life on my own terms.
