Freelance Management Consultant

I’ve been working out of the ground floor at Composite House in Prajapat Nagar for a good while now. It’s right there in Gautam Nagar, and if you know New Delhi 49, you know it stays pretty busy around here. Being a management consultant as a freelancer means my days are never really the same. Sometimes I’m stuck at my desk for hours looking at spreadsheets, and other times I’m out meeting people who need a bit of help organizing their business operations. The Centrespread Communications office is nearby, so there’s always some movement happening around the building. It isn't a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or a reception desk. It’s just a practical space where I get things done. I started this because I wanted to work for myself and help local businesses figure out their internal mess. Most people just call my mobile and we meet up for tea to discuss what’s going wrong in their office. The traffic on the way here can be a nightmare during rush hour, but that’s just Delhi life for you. I keep my files organized, answer my emails when I can, and try to make sense of the chaos that comes with running a small consultancy. It’s a lot of reading, a lot of phone calls, and occasionally some late nights when a deadline is looming. I don’t have a big team, just me and a few tools I use to keep projects on track. It works.
