Freelance Hotel Consultant

I’m located on the second floor of 5 28 in Old Rajinder Nagar. It’s a place I’ve used for a while to handle my consulting work. I work with hotels, helping them figure out the day-to-day stuff that usually goes wrong or just needs a bit of fixing. Since I’m a freelancer, I don't have a big agency behind me, which I think makes it easier to just get straight to the point. I’ve spent enough time in the hospitality industry to know that things rarely go perfectly. My office is pretty basic, just a place to keep my papers and take phone calls. Most of the time I’m out visiting different properties anyway, so I’m not always at my desk. Old Rajinder Nagar is a decent area to be based in, it’s got a lot of activity. I help owners look at their operations and see where they can maybe save some money or make things run a bit smoother for the guests. It’s not about fancy theories; it’s just about what actually works in a real building with real staff. I started doing this because I saw how many small hotels struggled with the same basic problems over and over. I don’t use a lot of big words or complicated reports. I just tell them what I see and how I think they can change it. Sometimes the best solution is the simplest one that the manager just didn't have time to notice.
