My office is tucked away in Eastend Apartments, specifically at 10 302 in Mayur Vihar Phase 1 Extension. It's a nice residential area in Delhi, and I've set up a small room here for my consulting work. I focus on learning and development, which basically means I help people figure out how to do their jobs better or learn new skills. I spend a lot of time preparing materials and thinking about how to explain things clearly. It’s not a big training center, just a quiet corner where I can concentrate. I’ve lived in this part of Delhi for a while, and I like that it's a bit tucked away from the main noise. My day usually starts with a lot of emails and then I might spend hours drafting a new workshop plan. Sometimes I go out to visit companies, but a lot of the heavy lifting happens right here at my desk. There are books all over the place because I’m always trying to keep up with new ideas. I don’t have a marketing team or a flashy website. I just talk to people and if they like what I do, they tell someone else. It’s a very personal way of working. I like the independence of being a freelancer. It allows me to focus on the work itself rather than office politics. It's just a practical, everyday business run from home.
