Fourth Estate

You can find us over at A 28 in Hauz Khas. It’s a nice enough spot, though parking around here is always a bit of a gamble. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while, just doing our thing. Fourth Estate isn't a massive corporation with a dozen floors; it's just a regular workspace where we get our daily tasks finished. The atmosphere is pretty quiet most days, which helps when you’re trying to concentrate on writing or whatever else is on the agenda. We don’t really bother with flashy signs or big advertising. Most people who know about us just walk in or give us a call because they’re nearby. Hauz Khas has changed a lot over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. It’s a mix of old and new around here. We spend our mornings getting through emails and our afternoons usually involve a bit more hands-on work. It’s a simple setup really. No fancy coffee machines or lounge areas, just desks and chairs and people working. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers pile up on the desks. That’s just life in an office. We’re just local folks doing work that we understand. It’s not about being the biggest name, just about doing the job right. We think this area suits us perfectly for what we do every day.
