Floor Options

Floor Options has been operating out of this spot in Dwarka Sector 7 for a while now. We are tucked away near Ramphal Chowk, which is always a busy place with people moving around and cars honking. Our address is E 1084, and it’s basically where we keep all our flooring samples and catalogs. The space isn’t huge, but we’ve crammed in as many options as we could. You’ll see planks and tiles stacked up in the corners. Some days are slow, and we just sit and watch the street, while other days everyone seems to want their floors redone at the same time. It’s a lot of coordination with the delivery guys and making sure we have enough stock in the back. We don't really do the big flashy advertising stuff. Most people find us because they were walking to the market or they live in one of the blocks nearby. The light in the shop isn't always great, so we often take samples outside to the sidewalk so customers can see the real color in the sun. It's just how we do things here. We deal with a lot of dust from the road, so cleaning is a never-ending job for us. Usually, one of us is on the phone tracking a shipment while the other is helping a walk-in. It's a straightforward way to earn a living in this part of Delhi.
