You can find us at D 305 in the J J Colony area of Khanpur. It’s a crowded part of New Delhi, but that’s where the action is. First Flight Ltd has been tucked away in this neighborhood for a while now. Being in the 62 area means we see a lot of local foot traffic every day. The office is basically just a room where we keep everything organized. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s a regular building in a regular street. We have a lot of neighbors who drop by just to say hello or ask about a package they are waiting for. The streets can be a bit narrow, so getting the bigger deliveries in and out takes some real skill from our drivers. We’ve got a couple of guys who know every shortcut in Khanpur to avoid the worst traffic. Inside, it's mostly just stacks of paper and the sound of the ceiling fan spinning away. We don't have a reception desk or a fancy waiting room for guests. You just walk in and someone will be there behind a desk covered in manifests and pens. We do our best to keep things moving despite the heat and the dust. It’s a basic setup. We focus on the packages rather than the decor. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, but that's just how it goes here. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We're just a local business in Khanpur.
