If you head over to Shipra Sun City in Indirapuram, you’ll find us at 444 C. First Advantage Quest Research is based right there in that residential and commercial mix. It’s a bit of a sprawl, and we are just one small part of it. Ghaziabad can be quite dusty and loud, but inside our office, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking away. The unit we are in isn't huge, so things can get a bit cluttered with papers and books, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and we are all right there working. The view from the window is mostly just other buildings and the tops of trees in the complex. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. There’s a small market nearby where we grab snacks or get pens and paper when we run out. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We wear casual clothes and talk about the news or the weather while we work. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We handle the research and the data without any big fuss. It’s just a practical office where a few people come together to earn a living in a busy part of Uttar Pradesh. We deal with the power cuts and the traffic just like everyone else around here.
