We are located on the second floor of Wz177, which is on Street Number 2 in Lajwanti Garden. It’s a typical New Delhi neighborhood where every street looks a bit like the next one. Our space is up the stairs, and it’s usually humming with the sound of the old air conditioner trying to keep up with the heat. We work on fire systems here, so you’ll see plenty of metal parts and red equipment scattered around the floor. It’s not the biggest office, but it works for what we need to do. The street outside is quite narrow, making it a bit of a challenge when we have to load up the trucks with supplies. We have to be quick about it so we don't block the neighbors for too long. Most of the day is spent going through orders and talking to people on the site. It can get a bit messy with all the manuals and the spare parts, but we know where everything is. We’ve been here in Lajwanti Garden for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the area. It’s a busy place with a lot of shops nearby. We usually just grab a quick bite from the corner and get back to the paperwork. It’s a very hands-on kind of job, and our office reflects that. No fancy furniture, just desks, gear, and some tired chairs.
