We’re based out of Deepmala Apartments in Tigri, right on the third floor at D 4. Being in New Delhi but so close to the Haryana border makes things interesting with the addresses and the traffic. It’s a bit of a hike up to the third floor every morning, especially when the weather is hot, but you get used to it. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate place. We’ve got our files stacked up in the corner and the windows look out over the street below. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the bikes and cars passing by 187 3. Finoble Advisors has been running from this spot for a while. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren’t looking for it, but our regulars know the way. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people about their plans. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there and wait for the generator or the backup to kick in. It’s just the usual grind. We don't have any big signs or anything. Just a small plate on the door. It’s a quiet enough spot once you’re inside. We keep the tea kettle going most of the afternoon. It's a decent place to work for us and gets the job done without any fuss.
