Fateh Realtors

We have our office for Fateh Realtors over at K 55 in New Mahavir Nagar. It is right in the Janakpuri area of New Delhi. Being in this part of the city means there is always something going on outside our windows. We focus on real estate, helping folks find a place to stay or a spot for their own business. The office itself is quite small and simple. We have some maps on the walls and a few desks where we handle all the paperwork. It can get pretty crowded when a few people come in at once. We spend a lot of our time out on the streets, looking at different properties and talking to owners. It is a lot of walking and driving around in the Delhi heat. We know the back lanes of Janakpuri very well by now. We don't use any big marketing tricks or anything. We just talk to people and try to find what they are looking for. Sometimes the deals are easy and sometimes they take a lot of back and forth. We don't mind the long hours as long as things get sorted out. Most of our day is spent on the phone or drinking tea while waiting for someone to show up for a viewing. It is just a normal local business where we work hard and try to stay organized for our customers.
