Farms Country Homes

You can find us over at X 13 in Hauz Khas. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive at the wrong time of day. Farms Country Homes is basically about helping people find a bit of space outside the city limits. We aren't a huge agency with billboards everywhere or fancy TV commercials. It’s more of a local operation where we know the properties and the land fairly well. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and talking to folks who are tired of the city noise. Our office is pretty casual. There’s usually a few folders lying around and the coffee machine is always running. We don't really do the hard sell thing because we think the places speak for themselves if someone is interested. Sometimes we’re out on the road visiting sites, and other times we’re just here answering emails and taking calls from people asking about prices. It’s a mix of being outdoors and stuck behind a desk. We’ve seen how much the city has changed, which is why we do what we do. It’s just a small team of us who enjoy the idea of country living. We don't have any fancy mission statements posted on the walls. We just try to be helpful and honest about what’s actually available. If the phone rings, we answer it. That’s about the extent of our grand plan for the day.
