Facade Developers

Facade Developers is based out of Shakti Vihar in the Badarpur area. Specifically, we’re at Meethapur 76 4. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of construction always going on. Our office is a simple room with a big table where we spread out the building plans. There’s always dust coming in from the street, so we’ve given up on keeping the shelves perfectly clean. We deal with a lot of exterior work and building projects around this part of town. It’s a lot of coordination with workers and making sure materials show up when they’re supposed to, which they often don’t. We spend half our time on the phone and the other half out at the sites. We aren't the type of developers who wear suits; you’ll usually find us in sturdy boots and dusty jeans. The walls of the office have some old photos of projects we finished years ago, and they’re starting to curl at the edges. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the local suppliers and where to get the best price on cement or glass. It’s not a polished business by any means. We have our fair share of arguments and long days that don’t seem to end, but seeing a building actually come together is why we keep doing it. We don't have a big marketing budget, just the work we've done and the people who know us. It is hard work but it is satisfying.
