Fabindia Overseas Pvt Ltd

We’ve been set up here in East Babarpur for quite a while now. Most people know the name Fabindia, but at this specific spot in Shahdara, it’s mostly just us doing the daily work. The building at E 344 isn't anything fancy to look at, but it gets the job done. We handle a lot of the overseas stuff from here, making sure things move where they need to go. It gets pretty busy around Delhi 32, especially when deliveries are coming in or out. Sometimes the street is blocked, and we have to scramble. There’s a handful of us working in the office and the back area. We don't really have big meetings or anything like that. Usually, it's just a lot of checking lists and packing things up. My desk is near the window, and I can see the neighborhood activity all day long. It's noisy, but it feels like home. We’ve had the same crew for a few years, so we all know how the other person likes their tea. It's not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a practical place where the work happens. We focus on the fabrics and the orders, keeping track of everything in big ledgers and on the computer. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we lose a pen or a stapler, but we manage. If you're looking for the fancy showroom, this isn't it, but it’s where the real backbone of the business is in this part of Delhi.
