Export House

Operating Export House from J 1 31, Flat No A 3 in Malviyanagar, New Delhi, is definitely an experience. If you know Delhi, you know how Malviyanagar can be—crowded, noisy, but also full of energy. Our office is tucked away in this flat, which makes it a bit quieter than being right on the main road. We spend most of our time coordinating between different suppliers and making sure the export documents are in order. It is a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls. The space is a bit tight with all the samples and files we have lying around, but it works for us. We have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us, and we have a routine. We start early before the heat gets too bad in the summer and usually stay late when there is a big shipment going out. It is not fancy work, and the office reflects that. We have some old chairs, a big table for packing small samples, and a lot of coffee mugs. We do not put on any airs about being a big company. We are just a small team trying to keep the business running smoothly in the middle of a busy city. It is practical, sometimes a bit messy, but we get the job done without making a big fuss about it. That is just the way it is here. Most people just want their goods moved without any trouble.
