We are located on the third floor of the Triveni Complex in Lakshmi Nagar. It’s Room No 301 B. The building has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. To get up to us, you have to take the stairs or the lift if it’s working that day. The complex is always full of people going to different offices, so there’s a lot of energy around. Our room isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We’ve got a few chairs for visitors and our desks are pushed against the walls to make more space. Lakshmi Nagar is a crowded part of town, so finding a parking spot nearby can be a real headache. Most of us just take the bus or get dropped off. We’ve been here for a while and know most of the other people in the building. It’s a lot of routine stuff, answering phones and sorting out paperwork. We don't have any big signs or posters on the walls. It’s just a practical workspace where we spend our hours. When it gets loud outside from the street markets, we just close the windows and keep going. Sometimes we order lunch from the small eatery downstairs and eat together. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we do our work every single day. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized among all the files and folders piled up.
