It’s a busy part of the city, especially being so close to the airport area. The streets around here are always full of people moving around, but our office is a bit more tucked away. We basically help people who are looking to document their work history or need guidance on their professional backgrounds. It’s a lot of talking to people and looking through old records to help them get their paperwork in order. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls; it’s just a regular building where we set up some desks and computers. New Delhi can be a tough place to run a small business, but we’ve managed to stick around by just being practical. We don't promise anything we can't do. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or typing up notes from our meetings. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like helping folks navigate the confusing world of job records. The team is just a couple of us who know the area well. We don't put on airs or try to act like we are bigger than we are.
