Exlservice Holdings Inc

Our spot is at R 1 in Naveen Shahdara, which is part of Delhi 32. It’s a busy area and can get quite crowded, but it’s where we’ve been for a long time. The office is just a regular room where we handle our holding company business. People might think a name like Exlservice Holdings Inc sounds like we have a massive skyscraper, but it’s really just a functional space here in Shahdara. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork and making sure all the different parts of the company are organized. It's not the kind of work that makes for exciting stories, but it has to be done. The streets outside are always full of life, which is nice when you step out for a lunch break. We’ve got a small team and we’ve all known each other for years. It makes the workday go by a bit easier when you’re around people you actually like. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be more than we are. We just keep our heads down and get through the files on our desks. Sometimes the fans in the office are a bit loud, but we’re used to it. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep everything running smoothly without any big drama or complications. It’s just how we operate.
