Exl Services is tucked away at A 213 in East Of Kailash, Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know East Of Kailash is a pretty central spot to be. The building at A 213 is a typical residential-style structure that we use for our daily operations. It is not a massive skyscraper or anything, just a regular place on a regular street. We have a few rooms set up with desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. The street outside can get a bit congested with parked cars, which is a common problem around here. We usually just find a spot wherever we can. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty quiet most of the time. We aren't the type of people to have big meetings or lots of noise. We just sit at our stations and get through the pile of work. Being in East Of Kailash means we are close to the metro, which is a lifesaver for most of the staff. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are a few cracks in the walls and the paint is peeling in the corners, but it doesn't stop us from getting things done. Exl Services is just part of the local fabric here. We don't try to stand out. We are just another group of people working in a busy part of the capital city.
