Rail Vihar is a decent society, and being in Sector 3 means we are close to the local markets. We’ve set up our workspace inside A 214. It’s got a kitchen, a couple of rooms turned into offices, and a lot of power strips for all the computers. We don't have a lobby. You just knock on the door and walk in. The staff here are mostly local folks from Ghaziabad or nearby UP. We talk about the traffic on the way in and the heat. It’s just Exl Services Ltd, nothing too complicated. We manage the files and the data from here. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, and we keep things friendly. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when the vegetable sellers come through the society with their carts. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address. We like being in Vasundhara because it’s convenient and it feels like a community. We do our work, keep our heads down, and make sure the company stays on track.
