Executive Search Firm

I’m sitting here at 57 Vigyan Lok in New Delhi. This office isn't much to look at, but it’s where we do the work for our Executive Search Firm. We spend most of the day looking through stacks of papers and emails trying to find people for specific jobs. It gets really busy in this part of Delhi. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing at all. We started this firm because there was a clear need for it around here. It’s mostly just us sitting around computers and talking to folks on the phone. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those modern things. People come in, we talk about what they can do, and we see if it fits what some company is asking for. The traffic outside can get very loud, especially in the late afternoons. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s just a regular job for us, really. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it’s a bit of a mess with all the folders on the desks. My own desk is usually covered in little sticky notes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get people hired so they can get a paycheck and the companies can get their work done. If you walk past Vigyan Lok, you might see our small sign. It’s a quiet enough spot when the windows are shut tight. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
