Exchange 4 Media

Our office is over in Indore, specifically at 103 Vinayak Arch in Geeta Nagar. It is a pretty good spot, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive after ten in the morning. We work in media, which means the phone is almost always ringing and there is usually some kind of deadline hanging over our heads. The office is full of papers, old newspapers, and a few dusty monitors we do not use anymore. We are not fancy people. We wear comfortable clothes and drink a lot of chai while we talk about what is happening in the news. Geeta Nagar is a busy place, and we feel right at home in the middle of all that noise. Sometimes we have meetings that go on much longer than they need to because we start talking about other things entirely. We do not have a corporate handbook or a list of rules for how to talk to people. We just treat everyone who comes in like a neighbor. It gets a bit chaotic when a big story breaks, but that is just how this business goes. We like the energy of Indore and we have been here long enough to know most of the people on our block. We just do our work, try to keep the facts straight, and go home when the day is done. It’s a lot of writing and talking, but we enjoy it.
