Our office is at N 18 in Batla House, which is in the Zakir Nagar area of New Delhi, pin code 25. If you have ever been to Zakir Nagar, you know how tight the streets can be and how much life is happening all around. It is a very busy neighborhood and we are right in the middle of it. Evonik Energy Services India Pvt Ltd operates from this location and it is a pretty humble setup. We do not have any big signs or fancy decorations. It is just a practical space where we can sit down and focus on the energy service work that needs to get done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with all the people and the shops nearby, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are not interested in sounding like a big corporation with lots of polish. We are just a local team doing a job. We spend our days dealing with the technical side of energy services and keeping our records straight. We eat our lunch together and talk about normal things, not just work. It is a real place with real people who are just trying to do a good job without any of the extra corporate talk you hear from other companies. We like it here in Batla House because it feels like a real community.
