Everest Group

You can find us on the top floor at E 163 in Amar Colony. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to us, but the view of the Lajpat Nagar streets is worth it. Everest Group has been operating out of this New Delhi spot for a while. Amar Colony is always crowded, so there is never a dull moment. We can hear the vendors calling out and the cars honking from our windows. Our office is a bit cramped because we have so many books and papers everywhere. We don't have a big cleaning crew, so things get a bit dusty sometimes. We are just a group of people who like working in this part of the city. It’s convenient because we are close to the market and the metro. We usually spend our mornings catching up on messages and our afternoons in meetings around a small table. There is a tea stall just downstairs that we visit at least three times a day. We know the guy there well, and he knows exactly how we like our chai. It’s a very human way of working. We aren't tucked away in some glass tower. We are right here in the middle of everything, dealing with the heat and the noise just like everyone else. It keeps us grounded and connected to the neighborhood.
