Evalueserve

We are based over at C 21 on the first floor, right in Gali No 8 in Batla House, Okhla. If you have ever been to this part of New Delhi, you know how busy and packed it gets. Our office is tucked away in that street and it can be a bit of a maze if you are not used to it. The first floor is where we spend most of our time. It is a practical space, nothing fancy at all. We have got some basic furniture and the equipment we need to get through the day. The energy of Okhla is always right outside the door, which keeps things interesting. It is a very lived-in space. There are stacks of papers and folders everywhere because we have been here for quite some time. We are just a group of people working under the name Evalueserve. We don't have any big speeches or fancy missions. We just come in, sit at our desks, and do the work that is in front of us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the city. It’s a very grounded way of working. We eat our lunch together and talk about regular stuff, not just business. It is a local operation through and through. We like the fact that it feels like a real workplace rather than some cold corporate office.
