Ers Solutions Pvt Ltd is actually located down in Madhapur, Hyderabad, even though the name mentions New Delhi. We are over at Plot No 20 in the Aruno Daya Colony. It’s a house, number 1-96/3, specifically Mallika House. It feels more like a home office than a stiff corporate building, which we actually prefer. Working out of a colony like this keeps things quiet so we can focus on what we need to do. We do a lot of solution-based work, mostly stuff involving systems and general office support. It’s a pretty laid-back environment most of the time. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a little kitchen area where we take our breaks. Hyderabad is a major tech city, but being in a residential area like Madhapur gives us a different perspective. We aren’t in a high-rise. We deal with B. Shivaprasad’s place here. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a nice enough spot once you get here. We spend our hours fixing issues and keeping things moving for the companies we work with.
