Ernst Young

Our office is tucked away in Shalimar Bagh at An 57B. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now, mostly helping people sort out their accounts and tax filings. It’s not a large place, just enough room for the computers and some chairs for when people drop by to talk. Every year around tax season, the same faces show up. Delhi heat gets pretty intense in this building, so the AC is usually humming in the background while we work. There aren't any flashy signs outside for Ernst Young. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. Keeping it simple is how we operate. A stack of papers is always on the desks needing to be sorted. It’s just how this kind of work goes. Things move along so nobody has to wait too long. Sometimes the internet goes down, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. It’s a normal office, nothing special to look at, but everything has its place. Lunch usually happens around one. If you're coming by, checking if we're in is good, though someone is usually sitting at a desk. Street noise has become normal to us after all this time. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood and getting the work done day by day.
