We are over at M 14 in Lajpat Nagar IV, New Delhi. This part of the city is always buzzing with activity. Our office for Ernst Young Pvt Limited is situated right in the middle of it all. It’s a standard street-side location where we have our main work area. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget to show off. Most of the people who come by are just here for business. The office has a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area where we can sit and talk. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction that always seems to be happening nearby, but we keep things as clean as we can. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the other shop owners around us. We handle the usual private limited company affairs, which means a lot of logging in and out of systems and checking documents. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy. We usually take turns getting tea from the corner shop. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. It is a very normal, no-frills kind of workplace. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home like everyone else in the city. The noise from the market can be a bit much, but you get used to it after a week.
