You can find our office at 297 Gagan Vihar in the Delhi 51 area. It is a busy residential neighborhood, and our building fits right in with the others on the street. Working for Ericsson India Pvt Ltd from this location means we are right in the middle of the daily hustle and bustle of East Delhi. The streets can be quite tight, and finding a spot to park a bike is often the hardest part of the morning. Inside, the office is just a regular room filled with desks, computers, and a lot of cables. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. It is a place for work, plain and simple. We spend our hours troubleshooting and managing the technical side of things. The noise from the street filters in, but it becomes like background music after a while. We usually take a break in the late afternoon for some tea and biscuits. There are a few small parks nearby where some of the guys go for a walk to clear their heads. It is an honest environment where people just get on with their jobs without much fuss. We don't have fancy titles or corporate jargon here. If a job needs doing, we just figure out who has the time to do it. It is a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us for a long time now in Gagan Vihar.
