Eqs Placements

We are Eqs Placements and you can find us over at C36A in the Hari Nagar Extension. This is in the Badarpur area of New Delhi. It is a bit of a walk from the main road but we like it that way. Our office is a small room where we keep all the files for people looking for work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different companies and candidates. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is talking at once. We don't have any fancy furniture just some old desks and chairs that have seen better days. There is usually a stack of resumes on every flat surface. We try to keep them in order but sometimes things get mixed up during a busy week. Badarpur is a crowded place and the street outside is always full of people and bikes. We've been here long enough that we don't really notice the noise anymore. We just keep our heads down and try to match people with the right jobs. It is hard work sometimes because people are often stressed when they are looking for a new start. We just listen and try to help out where we can. There is no big corporate strategy here. We just show up and do the work as best as we can. Sometimes the printer jams but we fix it and move on. That is just how life goes in our little office.
