Epos Health India Ltd has been around since 1999, which feels like a lifetime ago when you think about it. We were issued our start right here in New Delhi and we haven't left since those early days. Over the last two decades, we’ve seen so many changes in the city and in the health industry, but we’ve mostly stayed the same in how we operate. We are a pretty small team considering how long we’ve been in business. Our office isn't one of those high-rise glass buildings you see in the movies. It’s a practical, lived-in space where we handle all our consulting and administrative work. We spend a lot of time dealing with health-related logistics and project management. It involves a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We aren't the type to use a lot of marketing talk or try to sound more important than we really are. We’re just a group of people who understand the health sector in India and try to do our jobs well every day. The Delhi heat can be tough in the summer months, and the office can get a bit stuffy, but we just keep the fans running and stay focused on the task at hand. We’ve stayed in business this long by just being consistent and showing up. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important work, and we’re glad to be a part of it.
