Our company, Environment Monitoring Training Research Centre Consultants Pvt Ltd, is based over at Plot Number 10 A B16 in Aruna Nagar. It’s a bit of a long name, we know, but it pretty much covers everything we do here. We spend a lot of time out in the field doing monitoring work, which means we are often checking air quality or water samples for local projects. Then we come back to Aruna Nagar to look at the data and write things up. We also do training sessions from time to time. It’s mostly for people who need to learn the technical side of environmental research but don’t want a bunch of corporate talk. We keep it very down to earth. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our equipment and do our research. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have all the gear spread out for maintenance or cleaning. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now and we like it here. Dealing with environmental regulations can be a real headache for most people, so we try to help them understand what they actually have to do. We don't use big words if we don't have to. It's just about getting the measurements right and making sure people know how to use the tools properly. Aruna Nagar is a decent place to be based. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
