Our little spot is at Type No 1, House Number 75 in the Jalvihar Colony area. Being in Lajpat Nagar feels like being in the middle of everything. We are Enercon India Pvt Limited. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on our daily tasks related to the energy sector. The office is inside a residential-style building, so it feels quite homey. We have a small team, and we’ve been working together for quite a few years. There is usually a pile of mail on the front table that we need to sort through. The lighting isn't perfect, but it works for what we do. We don't have any big signs out front or anything like that. People who need us usually know the address already. Lajpat Nagar is always buzzing with people, so there is never a dull moment outside the window. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids are playing nearby while we are trying to finish up a report. It is just a normal, everyday work environment. We value the fact that we can just be ourselves here without any corporate pressure to look a certain way. We take care of our equipment, keep the files in order, and make sure the work gets finished on time. It is a simple life and we are okay with that. The tea we make in the afternoons is pretty good too.
