We are located over at Q 4 in Malka Ganj. It’s a pretty standard setup here in New Delhi where we deal with all sorts of stuff for the house. If your fridge is acting up or you need a new stove, this is where we keep the stock. The shop isn't huge but we cram a lot into the space. You might have seen our numbers 9311138520 or 9810838520 on some of the local flyers. We spend most of our time either talking to customers who walk in or making sure the deliveries are loaded correctly on the trucks. Malka Ganj can get quite busy, so finding a spot to park right in front of Q 4 is sometimes a bit of a challenge. We’ve been around this part of Delhi for a good bit now. It’s mostly just us making sure people get the parts or the machines they need without too much fuss. We aren't big on flashy displays. Usually, the floor is covered with boxes and packing material. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, especially when the weather gets hot and everyone’s AC starts giving trouble. We just take it one day at a time, fixing what needs fixing and selling what people are looking for. It's a simple business, really. We get a lot of students from the university nearby looking for small heaters or kettles for their rooms. It's a mix of everything. Sometimes we have to move three washing machines just to reach a spare part.
